Registered NDIS Provider
MelbourneSome daily care needs go beyond standard personal support — they require the skills and clinical judgement of a Registered Nurse. Under the NDIS, this is called high intensity daily personal activities.

Respectful, skilled support with catheter management, urostomy, stoma care, and bowel care programmes — handled with dignity and clinical precision.

For participants who need nursing support around the clock — we provide consistent overnight and extended-shift nurses who know your care plan.
Every clinical support is delivered or directly supervised by an experienced Registered Nurse. Your care plan is reviewed regularly and adjusted as your needs change.
We match you with a consistent nursing team — people who understand your routines, your equipment, and what matters to you. No rotating strangers.

"We finally feel confident that our son is safe. The nurses are incredibly skilled and genuinely care about him."— Family member, Bayside
It's the NDIS support category for participants who need skilled nursing care as part of their daily routine. This includes things like tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, ventilator support, wound management, catheter care, and injections — all delivered or overseen by a Registered Nurse.
If your daily care needs require the skills of a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse, you may be eligible. This typically includes participants living with spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, or other complex health needs. If you're unsure, contact us for a no-obligation chat — we can help you understand your options.
We deliver clinical nursing care across Melbourne's Bayside, Inner South, Kingston, Monash, Greater Dandenong, and Frankston regions. Visit our locations page for the full list of suburbs we service.
High intensity care is funded under your NDIS plan's Core Supports — Assistance with Daily Life. We support self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed participants. If you're not sure what's in your plan, we can help you work it out.
