Founded by a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience, Evia Health delivers nurse-led NDIS and private care across Melbourne.

Evia Health was born from a simple belief: that every person deserves care that is safe, respectful, and truly personalised. After more than 20 years working as a Registered Nurse across disability, complex care, and community nursing, our founder saw firsthand how the quality of care depends on clinical leadership and genuine human connection.

Too often, participants and families were left navigating a fragmented system with providers who lacked the clinical expertise to manage complex needs. Evia Health was created to change that — a provider where every service is delivered or supervised by qualified nurses who understand both the clinical and personal dimensions of care.
